Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 8 Spoilers
Jon Snow is seen gasping for air. Davos is stunned, Ghost is dumbfounded, and everything feels strange and abnormal.
“There was nothing at all,” he tells Melisandre when she asks the resurrected Jon what he experienced. Melisandre’s faith is back, and convinced that Jon is the “Prince That Was Promised,” Stannis was never chosen by Lord of the Lights. “I shouldn’t be here,” says Jon. “They think you’re a god,” said Tormund. “The man who returned from the dead.”
Sam and Gilly are head towards the Citadel. A flashback from Bran and the Three-Eyed Raven show young Ned Stark and Howland Reed, from Robert Baratheon’s victory over Rhaegar Targaryen, face off with Ser Arthur Dayne.

Ned wants his sister, Lyanna, back. Ser Arthur downs all leaving only young Ned. “How’d my father beat him?” surprised and upset Bran asks, as Dayne disarms him. Howland Reed helped Ned by stabbing Dayne in the back, bringing down.
A Sudden Nostalgia of Ned
A cry from the Tower of Joy makes Ned runs to it. Bran is eager know more, but the Three-Eyed Raven brings him back to reality.
Daenerys is herded into Vaes Dothrak, where she will live with the other widows of Khals for the rest of her life.
In Meereen, Varys is trying to find out who’s directing the Sons of the Harpy, He makes an offer to a woman that she can split the city, saving her son or she could be hanged for treason and leave her son at the mercy of others.
Upon Varys’s arrival, secrets revealed that some of the men in charge of other cities of Slavers Bay are financing and equipping the Sons of the Harpy.

Cersei wants Qyburn’s spies keep an eye on her enemies in Dorne, Highgarden etc. Cersei wants a place on the High Council, though Kevan Lannister refuses, and the Queen of Thorns mocks Cersei for her incest. Cersei and Jaime claim seats anyway, but the council storms out.
King Tommen, confronts the High Sparrow demanding rights for Cersei. “A true leader avails himself of the wisest counsel he can, and no counsel is wiser than the gods,” the High Sparrow tells him. The words are reminiscent of what Tommen’s grandfather, Tywin, once told him.
A Girl has a Name
Arya continues to be beaten by the waif, but in the House of Black and White, with an interrogation where she keeps referring to herself as “Arya Stark”, “A girl has no name,” she says, when the Faceless offers Arya a drink, she hesitates but drinks it anyway, and her eyes return. She is indeed no one.
Rickon and Osha are captired and brought before Ramsay Bolton. Jon informs to hang the traitors Ser Alyser Thorne and Olly, who killed him. Removing his Lord Commander’s cloak Jon says “My watch is ended.”
